This is the Raglan Sleeve Baby Romper sewing pattern.
This pretty raglan-sleeve baby romper comes with an elastic round neckline and gathered waist. The “Tessa Romper” sewing pattern includes three sleeve styles. You can choose from:-
- Long sleeve,
- 3/4-length sleeve,
- and short cap sleeve.
For ease of dressing your baby, the designer has made sure that all versions have either a comfortable elastic neckline and snap fasteners at the crotch. Optionally the bodysuit can be decorated with a lace trim.
Fit & sizing:-
• Relaxed fit through the body,
• Easy pull-on waist,
• Romper hits at thigh.
The designer, Trendy Little Patterns, rates her project as suitable for an advanced beginner sewer.
Depending on the occasion and season, you may choose something lightweight such as cotton, linen, silk, crepe de chine, viscose/rayon, or charmeuse. For a more winter-friendly version, consider mid to lightweight denim or wool, heavier silks, or cottons.
