FREE Kipper Girls Capri Pants sewing pattern (size 4)
Do you need some new back to school clothes for your girl? This is the perfect season for The Kipper Capris. They are just waiting to be made and worn in these warmer days. They’re perfect for kindergarten or for playdates. Your girl is just going to love them! They are currently available in size 4, but we hope that the creator of the pattern will do multiple sizes as soon as possible.
They feature an adorable scalloped cuff. According to the creator, Hayley Crouse of Welcome to the Mouse House, the scalloped version takes her about 45 minutes to make, whereas the basic rectangular cuff version takes only 30 minutes. These are perfect for back to school and fall/spring playwear! You can even make them in flannel or knit and use them for pajama pants. You have endless possibilities.
What supplies are needed for a size 4 pair of Kipper Girls Capri Pants:
- A little less than 1 yard of the main fabric,
- Approximately 1/4 yard for cuffs,
- Two buttons,
- 20.5 inches of 1-inch elastic,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
