This is the Willow Top, Tunic, and Dress pdf sewing pattern from the designer Sew A Little Seam.
Willow has a fitted, lined bodice with a scoop or v back in knit or woven. Four skirt lengths and numerous sleeve options
make it perfect for all seasons. Two bodice ruffles (narrow or wide) and a pleated neckline add beautiful details. The woven option has a button back and the knit version can be made with a button closure or no closure. The woven skirt can be made with a partial or full placket. The knit skirt does not need a placket, but a full placket can be added for additional detail.
The pattern comes in SIXTEEN sizes from 3 months (16.5″ chest) to 12 years (30″ chest) as follows:
