This is the Linville Romper and Dress pdf sewing pattern from the excellent designer Hey June Handmade. The pattern comes in sizes 6 to 16.
The Linville Romper and Dress is a cute and versatile junior’s pattern for dressing up or down.
The Linville is a woven romper or dress for juniors loaded with options! Choose between sleeveless and cap sleeves, shorts, pants, a short skirt, and a maxi dress!
Details include front pockets, a back keyhole with button and loop closure for easy dressing, an elasticized waist with the option for a full functioning or faux drawstring (or just leave it off for a simple, clean look!), and an option for elasticized hem pants. The neckline, keyhole, and sleeveless armscyes are all finished with narrow bias tape for a clean and professional finish.
The loose, comfy silhouette makes whatever view of the Linville you choose a great option for simple summer sewing and wearing. Dress it up with a soft rayon or poly, or keep it casual with a cute printed lawn. The Linville is great for playdates and summer weddings alike!
While the maxi dress looks best with drapey, flowing fabrics, the shorter skirt dress looks particularly adorable with a lace overlay and cute floral drawstring!

- Layers function so you can print only the size you need (in the print at home file only),
- A print shop copy so you can print the entire pattern on two sheets of 36″ wide paper or four sheets of A0-sized paper.
This download includes the original pattern with A0 and copy shop sizes included and has been updated to also include a separate copy of the A0 and copy shop sizes for easy online printing. A0 is a standard paper size and must be printed as such. The copy shop files are 36″ wide by the length of the pattern and can be printed on wide format printers with continuous rolls of paper.
