Hadley Top, Tunic, and Dress sewing pattern (12mths-12yrs)
This is the Hadley Top, Tunic, and Dress sewing pattern.
It has some great options including three views and three sleeve choices! All of the seams are enclosed, so it gives it a nice professional finish even if you don’t have a serger.
It features an elastic back that makes it easy to take on and off.
It’s designed to be made with woven fabrics, but some of the designer’s pattern testers made some great versions with stable (less stretchy) knits.
The layered pattern comes in sizes 12 months to 12 years, which fits a chest of 19″ to 30″.
The three sleeve options are as follows:-
- sleeveless,
- cap,
- and flutter.
The three views are as follows:-
- top,
- tunic,
- and dress.
There are so many ways to change this pattern up for all occasions!
The simple square neck is great for color blocking, embroidery, and lace or piping details.
The PDf downloadable pattern includes layers for printing just your size. There’s also a size chart and finished measurements chart. There’s a photo tutorial including tips on adding piping, and you can print on letter and A4 paper.
