Boys Vest waistcoat FREE sewing pattern
|There are so many more patterns out there for girls than boys so it is always lovely when we are able to bring you a fantastic pattern for boys.

The designer describes her pattern as super easy which is great because that means pretty much anyone can make one.
This Boys Vest Waistcoat will definitely have your little man looking stylish but it is also a very comfortable outfit. He doesn’t need to wear a suit and tie, he can be more than dressed up with a vest waistcoat.
Please note that the pattern does include a half-inch seam allowance. When the designer made this pattern she said it was intended for use with wool, flannel, outerwear, or suiting fabrics, and the lining should be cotton.
What you will need to make a Vest Waistcoat:
- 1/2 to 2/3 of a yard of exterior fabric,
- 1/2 to 2/3 of a yard of lining/pocket fabric,
- 1/8 of a yard of light to midÂweight Interfacing,
- 3 to 4 buttons,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
