This is the Ellie Elephant Plush Toy sewing pdf pattern.
This project is designed by Funky Friends Factory and “Ellie” is their latest addition to their “Out of Africa” Funky Friends collection.
He is made mainly from one color, and he is described as one of the simplest Funky Friends designs. That way he is quick and easy to make and is therefore perfect for the beginner sewer to make. Ellie looks fantastic in all sorts of bright colors, as you can see from one of the photos.
And if you want to make your elephant as a gift for a girl, Ellie also looks pretty in pink! and of course awesome in blue if you are making Ellie for a boy.
When you have finished making your very own Ellie then the finished toy size is 13”/33cm.
As far as the fabrics are concerned the designer mentions that Ellie can be made from most fabrics, non-stretch fabrics eg. cotton drill, cotton, corduroy, and quilting fabrics, as well as non-stretch fabrics, like fleece, velour, chenille, and flannelette.
