Here we have the fabulous looking Celeste Leggings sewing pattern which is easy to sew!
These very comfy pair of leggings have two waistband options. You can either have banded or fold over.
The pattern comes in sizes preemie to 12 years!
For this project, the designer, Peanut Patterns, recommends that you use a knit fabric that is light to medium weight cotton. It can be interlock, jersey, or double knit.
To make a pair of these lovely leggings you will need the following amount of knit fabric:-
- Size preemie to 9 months = 1/2 a yard of fabric (45” or 60” wide),
- Size 12 months to 3 years = 3/4 of a yard of fabric (60” wide),
- Size 4 years to 10 years = 1-yard of fabric (60” wide),
- Size 12 years = 1 1/8 yards of fabric (60” wide).
The Celeste Leggings sewing pattern comes in sizes from preemie to 12 years as follows:-
- Preemie,
- Newborn,
- 3 months,
- 6 months,
- 9 months,
- 12 months,
- 18 months,
- 24 months,
- 3 years,
- 4 years,
- 5 years,
- 6 years,
- 7 years,
- 8 years,
- 10 years,
- 12 years.
The pdf pattern download consists of instructions/tutorials in English with real step-by-step photos and detailed steps including what you will need. Pattern sizes are all Adobe Acrobat layer compatible and a seam allowance is included, 3/8” (1cm).
