Sleeveless Sunday Girls Dress FREE sewing pattern (US size 8-10)
|Here’s the Sleeveless Sunday Girls Dress FREE sewing pattern.
It’s a very versatile sleeveless dress that is nice enough for special events and church on Sunday, but still casual for everyday use. The bodice is fully lined to give a nice finish.
The snaps along the back center add a little detail and make it easy to wear too. With a nice full skirt, it’s perfect on its own for those warm spring and summer days, or it can be paired with a little sweater for a nice outfit look.
This pattern sews up really quickly, in just a few hours, so much so the designer made her daughter quite a few cute dresses. And if you want to it’s easy to modify. One version included a little stripe fabric placket and decorative buttons down the front.
Cheryl from Sew Can Do makes some of the nicest patterns. This one is an absolute beauty. Her FREE pattern is for US girl size 8-10. However, by using a ½” seam allowance, shortening the bodice by 1″ and hem by 1½”, it scales down to size 6 too.
