The Shirred Dress sewing pattern, designed by Boo! Designs is fast, easy, and has a great flexible fit.
The shirred dress was their go-to pattern when they first started sewing, figuring out how to place the straps and the strap lengths was what set them on their pattern designing path.
This pattern is perfect for woven fabrics and included in this pattern are a great number of options. There are two styles of dress in four lengths with three strap options.
This pattern is a beginner pattern that is actually perfect for all sewing abilities.
The Shirred Dress sewing pattern comes in a number of variations, which include:-
- 2 styles (vanilla, play date).
- 4 lengths (top, tunic, dress, and maxi).
- 3 strap variations (adjustable, fixed, flutter).
This is a downloadable PDF tutorial-style pattern with extremely user-friendly step-by-step instructions and lots of photos to help you through the process. The tutorial can be viewed online or printed on your printer.
The fully illustrated tutorial has various printing options as follows:-
