Peplum Top FREE sewing pattern (12-18mths)
Here’s a very cute Girl’s Peplum Top FREE sewing pattern from Abby of Sew Much Ado. The FREE pattern comes in one size which is 12 to 18 months (19″ chest).

With this pretty peplum top, knit fabric was used and it is important to know that when you use knits you should use a serger or a long and narrow zig-zag stitch. This will allow the fabric to stretch after it’s sewn. Also, be sure to use a ballpoint needle whenever you are sewing with knits. A 1/2″ seam allowance was used in this pattern.
What you will need to make a Girl’s Peplum Top:-
- 7/8 of a yard of 56-58″ wide knit apparel fabric, which has a good stretch recovery
- 3/4 of a yard of clear elastic to stabilize the waistline (optional),
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A serger or a sewing machine.
