Please note that the designer has not added a seam allowance to this pattern so you should add 1 cm (5/8 inch) of seam allowance and 2 cm (1-inch) of seam allowance at the bottom of the sleeves and the bottom of the dress. The neckline should have no seam allowance.
When working with knits, it is very important not to stretch or pull the fabric while sewing. The designer recommends that you use a stretch needle and that you sew with a stretch stitch as well. In this pattern, all the seams are sewn with a twin needle. Only the neck seam and the plackets are sewn with a straight stitch.
The pattern is FREE for size range from newborn to 4 years. Size 3 months through 12 months are sewn with an envelope neck which makes it easy to pull over baby`s head.
