You can wear it alone as a breezy warm-weather style, or in cooler weather, you can layer over a top.
The designer has incorporated a lot of options into this pattern. You can choose a pull-on style, tie back, or cross-strap button back. You have the option to add small flutters, large flutters, double flutters, or leave them off altogether. You can also either hem the skirt or add a ruffle. And your final options are to choose a rounded or square bib front and back neckline or leave the front bib out entirely for a suspender skirt.
This design includes an enclosed seam construction for a tidy finish.
This project comes in lots of sizes from 12-18 months to 9/10 years.
