Sewing pattern for the Sweetgrass Meadow Baby Booties (Preemie-12mths)

This is the Sweetgrass Meadow Baby Bootie sewing pattern.

And don’t they look fabulous! These super-soft cute little bootie socks use ribbing at the ankle, and that way it won’t mark your baby’s delicate skin, and it will stay on much better.

With these tiny little creations, the designer has added a separate lining fabric. She recommends using white or pastel cotton interlock.

If you want to make these booties even cuter then there are several options for finishing touches such as ribbons, roses bows or you can just leave them plain.

These tiny booties are great for baby dolls too.

You can make Sweetgrass Meadow Baby Booties in five different sizes for preemie and newborn babies, with feet 2″ (52 mm) in length up to 4″ (102 mm). The designer, Lil Baby Thangs, would like to point out that the pattern sizes are based on MEASUREMENTS. It is very important that you measure your baby’s feet to determine the size you should make. The largest size is equivalent to an infant’s size one. Your baby could reach this size in three months or twelve months, thus she states up to twelve months. Please measure!
