Simple Circle Purse Sewing Tutorial
|This is a Simple Circle Purse Sewing Tutorial from the designer Stitched By Crystal shared on the Make It and Love It website.
The designer made this cute simple circle purse for my daughter.
The designer says to make her Simple Circle Purse all you need are a few circles of fabric and interfacing, a button or snap, and some bias tape.
It’s so quick and easy to sew. It sews up in no time! The designer says you could finish this one during nap time!
The cross body strap makes it easy for your little one to carry her new awesome purse. The designers daughter loves to take her purses shopping with her and this one never gets put down and left behind in the store. And of course the snap or button closure keeps all her treasures safelt tucked away inside.
What’s needed to make a Circle Purse:-
- A small amount of fabric for the exterior and lining of the bag. ¼ yard or a fat quarter will work, or find some scraps in your sewing room,
- Some iron on interfacing. The designer likes Shapeflex (Pellon SF 101),
- A plate to use as a pattern. The designer used a small salad plate that was about 8” in diameter,
- 1-yard of bias tape, you can buy this at the store or make your own with tips here and here,
- One button or snap,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
