What is needed to make a Mommy and Me Tote Bag:-
- 1-yard of canvas,
- 1-yard of quilting cotton,
- 1-yard of coordinating quilting cotton,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
The designer says you should make sure to prewash your fabrics so you can toss this bag in the washer once it gets dirty. If your kids are anything like hers, that’s inevitable! A 1/2″ seam allowance is used throughout the tutorial.
