Hooded Woollen Vest FREE sewing pattern (1-6 years)
Here’s another digital pattern where the designer has very kindly produced the pattern for everyone for FREE. It’s a Hooded Woollen Vest that is suitable for a confident beginner to sew, that comes in various sizes from 12 months to 6 years. Isn’t it adorable? A lovely extra layer with a hood for the kids to wear when it’s a bit chilly outside, but not heavy like a coat that can restrict their play and running about.
This pattern is designed to work with recycling old woollen blankets, however, it can be made in other fabrics of similar properties as well. With the loose-fitting style, it’s a very forgiving sew and therefore suitable for those who are new to sewing clothing and might not yet be familiar with the adjustments to a pattern needed for exact fitting.
