Here’s your chance to make a fabulous birthday banner out of felt to celebrate your little one’s birthdays. You can actually reuse the banner each year and of course, you can even use it for others in your family besides your little ones.
This is a great project to use up some of your felt stash!
This project is quick and easy to make! You’ll be sewing the letters onto the banner pieces, however, if you’ve left making this lovely DIY Felt Birthday Banner to the last minute you could hot glue the letters on instead of sewing them.
And of course, it’s also really simple to make the banner say anything else you want – you don’t even need a pattern!
What’s needed to make a DIY Felt Birthday Banner:
- Felt – any colors you like. The designer used red, yellow, and teal blue,
- Thread (or hot glue if you want a no-sew project),
- Hot glue,
- Rope or ribbon,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
