Charlie Romper sewing pattern (Sizes 0-3mths to 5T)
This is the Charlie Romper pdf sewing pattern from the designer Linen Grey Patterns.
The designer says it is very easy to make! In fact, it will take you about one and a half hours to sew.
The Charlie Romper is a sweet gender-neutral harem-style outfit.
It has the following features:
- A curved front,
- Two-button locations,
- And the option of no pocket, two cargo pockets, a front pointed pocket, or a kangaroo pocket.
It’s been designed to be slightly loose-fitting for comfort and movability.
This project has a no-crotch snap placket.
The pattern comes in lots of sizes from 0-3 months to 5T.
The designer recommends the following fabrics for her project – medium or lightweight woven fabric (ie, linen, cotton, chambray, corduroy, etc).
Since this pattern was originally introduced it has been resized due to messages that the original pattern was too tight on some sizes.
This is a pdf sewing pattern that has layered letter size, A0, and projector files. You need only print or project the size/s you want. For easy-to-understand assembly, the instructions include many photos. You do not need a serger for this pattern, but you do need a zigzag stitch to finish the raw edges.
