Bodysuit sewing pattern (Preemie to 12 years)

This particular Bodysuit pattern has three sleeve options:-
- short,
- long,

With this Bodysuit pattern you will get:-

Recommended fabric for the body:-
- Use knit fabric that is a light to medium weight cotton or spandex blend.
- While you can use interlock, jersey or double knit the designer strongly recommends jersey as it is the easiest to work with for this leotard.
Fabric needed for the Bodysuit:-
- Preemie to 12 years = 1/2 a yard of fabric (45” or 60” wide),
- Size 18 months to 4 years = 5/8 of a yard of fabric (60” wide),
- Size 5 years to 12 years = 3/4 of a yard of fabric (60” wide).
You will also need some lining fabric. You can use knit fabric that is a light to medium weight cotton or spandex blend. It can be jersey or active knit lining, commonly used in dance and swimwear.

- Size preemie to 12 months = 1/2 yard of fabric (45” or 60” wide),
- Size 18 months to 4 years = 5/8 yard of fabric (45” or 60” wide),
- Size 5 years to 12 years = 3/4 yard of fabric (45” or 60” wide).
