This is the 2 in 1 Shorts FREE sewing pattern from the designer Make It Perfect.
The designer was inspired to make this shorts pattern for her four-year-old son who insists on changing his outfit multiple times a day!
These fun 2 in 1 Shorts feature optional back pockets. They are also totally reversible and hardwearing which is perfect for her four-year-old son and all those active kids out there.
What’s needed to make a pair of 2 in 1 Shorts:
- Based on fabric with a width of 44″ (112 cm),
- For sizes 0 (6 months), 1, and 2 –
- 18″ (45 cm) of fabric A (for shorts side 1),
- 18″ (45 cm) of fabric B (for shorts side 2),
- 24″ (60 cm) by ¾” (2 cm) wide non-roll elastic,
- For sizes 3, 4, and 5 –
- (60 cm) of fabric A (for shorts side 1),
- 24″ (60 cm) of fabric B (for shorts side 2),
- 24″ (60 cm) by ¾” (2 cm) wide non-roll elastic,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
PDF patterns:
Are formatted on A4 (8.3” by 11.7”) paper. Full-size pattern templates are included with easy to follow instructions for joining pages to create pattern pieces. No enlarging or altering the pattern templates is needed. A black and white printer is suitable for printing your pattern on. It’s your responsibility to download and save the pdf pattern to your computer. The designer is not able to provide new download links for lost or accidentally deleted files. It’s very important that you open your pattern, click “save as” and save the file to your computer as soon as you have downloaded the pattern.
