Kids Pajamas FREE sewing pattern (Size 9, 10, 11 + 12) + videos
This is the Kids Pajamas FREE sewing pattern from the designer DIY Crush.
As the designer says kids need some comfy and snuggly pajamas for fall and winter. This free kids pajama pattern includes sizes 9, 10, 11 and 12. The fit is snug to keep them warm and you need knit fabric with good stretch such as jersey knit, softer interlock knit fabric or thermal knit fabric.
This pajama pattern is a continuation of the designer’s free Knit Pajama pattern, in size 9, that she posted a while back which you can read here. It has been a very popular pattern so the designer thought it would be a good idea to increase the number of sizes.
It’s a good idea to choose a knit fabric that has a great stretch and recovery. Choose a knit fabric that feels very soft and that will last a long time and withstand many washings.

You need the following supplies to make this free pajama pattern:
- Knit fabric,
- 3/4″ non roll elastic for waist,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine
- A serger (optional).
